Cameras will be installed at 100’ intervals along the entire fence-line.
Perimeter camera motion will trigger notifications that can be sent to mobile devices and notify security guard in the guard station.

4 cameras will be installed at each gate.

3 cameras per greenhouse with cameras on exterior to cover doors per state requirements.

Horizon Broadband will build out a managed network across the facility for security use and future networking needs.

It is our professional opinion that the Senstar Flexzone & LM100 are not useful or cost effective from a security standpoint on this property.

There are several factors that make the Senstar systems subject to being ineffective. One factor is that the Senstar LM100 require all fenced to be 16’ tall, another factor is that both Senstar systems are sensitive to vibrations or seismic activity.

We believe the system would not work as expected due to the railroad being so close to the fence-line and also due to the height of the fences.

Our cost to install the Flexzone system on the fence-line for Phase 2 would be approximately $56,000 and to install the LM100 (with the lights) would be approximately $97,000. (If you are still interested in this system we can give you an actual estimate with pricing, I can also provide documentation from the manufacturer regarding build requirements for effective use of the systems and its limitations.)

Deposit Due: $46,900 – Payable by wire transfer, cash, or check.
(Preferred payment method is wire transfer due to time constraints on project, if paid by check equipment will not be ordered for project until the check clears.)

(Deposit is for equipment/material and is non-refundable. If project is put on hold by Demeter Group for more than 30 days after deposit is paid, equipment will be delivered to the facility.)

Balance Due Upon Completion of equipment installation. (No Exceptions.)

Projected start date: 1 weeks from payment of deposit.

Projected completion date: 4 weeks from payment of deposit.
Note: Project completion times are subject to third parties, weather, & situations outside of our control.

Project start date is dependent on Demeter Group creating trenches for cabling along fence-line as well as construction of greenhouses.
Demeter Group will cover trenches when we finish laying cable.

Demeter Group will provide a designated Project Manager that will be responsible for all correspondence between Demeter Group and Horizon Broadband as well as all change work orders.

Demeter Group will provide 120v power outlets at designated intervals around fence line, outside of greenhouses, & in the tech room. Demeter Group will make sure the air is properly conditioned in the tech room keeping temperatures between 60F – 70F & with humidity levels under 65% preferred.
